Easier to use in cast iron, super heavy, gives you the same results without the pain of cast iron
Excellent quality, super heavy, great for griddle grilling like a black stone. You can season it but it's not cast iron so it won't rust. It is very heavy so make sure you can handle that it's as heavy as a cast iron griddle! But easier to use than cast iron.

Easy to use. Don't need a big griddle grill to get same resuts.
Works great on top of a gas grill! No need for an additional grill to get the griddle affect you want. Product is well made sturdy and has some weight to it. Makes great smash burgers and even French fries believe it or not. Happy with our purchase.

Hibachi grill
Fits my grill perfect. Didn’t need oil it was definitely non stick. Made hibachi and fit quite a bit of food on it. Very heavy to carry around though

Heat distribution
The heat distribution is very even across the griddle. I have a four burner grill but usually only turn on three burners on and the surface is pretty even.
