Super disappointed
Super disappointed with this product. I have wanted this thing for YEARS and finally pulled the trigger. I got it, unboxed it, turned it on, used it for less than 15 minutes when it just...turned off. It started flashing red, so the manual says that indicates a dirty filter. How?! IT'S BRAND NEW. So I took the filter off, blew it, replaced it. Then it's flashing white, which I guess means there's still something wrong with the filter. I looked it up and I found that can be a sign of overheating. But I used it less than 15 minutes not even on the heat setting! I also was completely unable to connect it to Bluetooth. I was hoping that if I connected it it would tell me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it but nope. It would not connect. I contacted Dyson support and they said they wouldn't do anything for me since it was purchased through Amazon. Amazon, thankfully, is exchanging it but I am highly disappointed in this. For being a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR piece of equipment, I expected much, MUCH better from Dyson. I hope I just received a defective product, and will update my review of the next one works as intended.

Husbands get this for her!
My wife has been taking about getting one of these for years! Finally saw it was on sale. She loves it, uses it everyday now. I'll be honest my hair is so short I don't even know how to use one of these so I didn't know what I was paying for or why it was so much. Guys or gals...she gets ready quicker... For my anxious time conscious friends that is already worth its weight in gold. Get this thing.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. I have used it a few times while visiting and I should have definitely gotten one for myself. The quality is great, and I love the airflow control and how you can change it from hot to cold. Great if you prefer not to use heat on your hair because it isn't like a normal blow dryer where you have to hold the cold button. It is a sliding button and once on cold it stays until you change it. It is pretty comfortable to hold and is a little better than average drying time.

Estimados, Adquirí un secador Dyson a través de Amazon México y he notado que, al utilizarlo, el aparato se apaga entre uno y tres minutos después de su encendido. Quisiera saber cuál es el procedimiento para hacer válida la garantía. Intenté emitir la factura desde el sitio web de Amazon, pero recibí la notificación de que ya no es posible generarla. Peina increíble pero no sé si es muy delicado. Anteriormente compré uno y dos veces me lo cambiaron por uno nuevo pues se descompuso. Como ya se terminó la garantía decidí comprar otro y rematar el que me sustituyeron Creo que hay un tema de calidad.

La secadora deja de funcionar cada 5 minutos, hay que resetear cada vez que eso pasa, eso paso desde la primera semana de su uso. Hubiera esparado algo mucho mejor por el precio. A la segunda semana devolví el producto.
