Faucet works great and looks great

I selected this faucet because of so many really good reviews, and I really liked the way it looked. We were very impressed with the care of packaging and the over all look of the faucet when it came in. When my husband began looking at the instructions there were some things that just didn't seem as clear as it could have to him. Part of that could have been because this is only the 2nd time he's ever installed a kitchen faucet similar to this style. Once he figured it out he was able to install it pretty easily and with no leaks. Now that we have used it for about a week and a half I feel confident once we get use to where the water hits in the sink we will be very happy with it. Just to let you know what I meant about where the water hits in the sink. It hits about half way between the sink drain and the front wall or side wall of the sink depending on how far to the right or left of the sink you may have the faucet turned rather than over the drain. Because of this there is a lot of splash back. We are over all pleased with it and would recommend it. Hope this helps.

I bought this awhile ago forgot to review, I've had one one minor issue, which was at the turn on knob but i was able to fix it with no issuesThis has been sturdy, no color fading, sprayer still works all still good

I am a young woman who has never changed/fixed a sink before. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend by installing this while he was at work because he had hurt his back. After the difficulty of getting the old faucet out, it was extremely easy to install. Pretty much fool proof. The instructions even told me what tools I needed. It works great and doesn't drip or have any leaks. The faucet that pulls out is a little harder to pull than I had thought and the tubing is kinda stiff. Not sure if it needs to be used fofor awhile or if that is just how it was made. I was a little worried after reading the reviews about it being too angled for regular sinks. It really is fine though. If you turn it on full blast and have the sprayer on it splashes more than the stream. Would be perfect for a deep sink but does work for a regular sink as well. A lot better than the one we had. Good deal.

I was originally excited when I saw the product. Looked wonderful... Until installation. We have a large single sink... 22x25 inches. The faucet spouted water so close to the edge it splashed out with every use. This MIGHT work on a true farmhouse sink. No way it will work with anything standard dimension or smaller. I emailed the company inquiring if this was a design flaw. The email on the literature in the package was defunct. So I found their website and attempted contact, with photos, explaining predicament. Two weeks later, never heard back. Unfortunately, we had just past our return window as hubby's 'honey-do' list was quite long. Ended up ordering a different style of faucet. Disappointing. Be careful unless you're 100% sure your sink is big enough or you could end up washing your feet with your dishes. :{UPDATE: Months after contacting customer service, I finally heard back from Hotis. After explaining the situation to a rep for the company, they said they wanted to make it right, and did issue a refund. It was most appreciated, as the product is sitting in my laundry collecting dust. Too bad the angle/fit was off as it was beautiful. Though I am thrilled to have been granted a refund, I wish it wouldn't have taken so many months to hear back from someone. But that is the risk you take with some discounted products.

My husband and I needed to replace our old kitchen faucet last minute, so we needed something less expensive, easy to install, and an upgrade from what we previously had.This faucet met all of those criteria! We are so happy with it.I'm not a handyman (nor is my husband), and although it took both of us to put it together (mostly cause I'm pregnant and can't lie on my back under the sink to install it) it was easy to do. I did watch a few videos online (Home Depot installation videos) to gather an idea and that was helpful.Pros:- Easy to install- Fit perfectly- Great quality (no leaks or dents)- Came with all the pieces- Doesn't need caulk or any other product to "join" it to the sinkCons:- I couldn't get the handle on the right side of the spout (but I think that was my own lack of knowledge and not tightening the base plate beforehand) so it's on the left and is totally fine with me.

Easy to install, the Hotis Commercial Pull Out Two Mode Stainless Steel Faucet is a major upgrade to my old kitchen faucet. I only needed a wrench and a philips screwdriver to install. The box had everything else included. It took me about an hour total. The hardest and most time consuming part was removing the old leaky and corroded faucet and old hoses. I did need my roommate to hold the top still to tighten it, so if you try to install this thing solo it's going to be more difficult. Im having no issues with too much water pressure, or spray out, and the hot and cold markers are correct on mine. Unlike what some reviews have mentioned. But it is a large/tall/wide curved faucet. So if you have a shallow sink or high water pressure proceed with caution. I've only had it for two days but I love it so far. It's stylish and makes my sink feel roomy.

The "weight" seems like a somewhat bad design as my faucet will go back up if i move the faucet up, although unlike some with magnet this isn't really tight. Everything was there I needed to have to install. I also don't like when pulling straight forward it's 100% hot and the "centerline" between hot and cold is straight up, this could easily scald a child turning the faucet on. Overall semi-pleased with the product, especially when cost is compared to my last delta faucet that cost 3x this one
