Great product no issues for 4 years

well made and easy to install. just take the supply tube off the toilet fill valve (after turning off the water), attach the bidet sprayer and attach the bracket to the wall or hang over the tank side. if you have a rigid supply tube, you may need to buy one of the flexible ones as it would need to be shorter now or maybe loop it around to fit. great bidet and you can adjust the force of spray. good idea to turn the valve off when not using it to preserve life of the hose, and avoid problems.

I was impressed with how easy this product was to install. Instructions were fairly explicit, a little confusion with respect to the holder but soon resolved. I am not a mechanical person and actually a bit of a klutx when it comes to putting things together and then installing them but this was relatively easy. The product description makes it seem as though there is a setting for strong flow and "weak" flow but it only seems to have one flow and that's strong but I can live with that issue. This is why I give it four, not five stars.

I ordered three of these.One of them came completed, with everything I needed to install.One of the packages was missing the wrench that is required to fully install (and luckily I had saved the wrench from the first package.)One of the packages was missing both the wrench and the circular piece that is required to assemble the bidet holder. So now I need to get that or find another way to keep the shower head off the floor.

Clear instructions, easy install. Mom has one so wanted one too - European hygiene yay! The lever is not as smooth as I'd like it to be, kind of pushes in hard and a lot of water comes out. The hose is also unnecessarily long - seems good if you would need to hook it on the sink but when it's being hooked to the toilet, it dangles a bit much. That said, yay, it works and changed my bathroom experience.

These are pretty easy to install and they are very strong piece of metal. They is a very easy instruction video and it just took me 5 mins to install It for each bathroom in our house. It has got multiple options and the pressure of water is absolutely what you need. I would definitely recommend this!

My sprayer was delivered in a timely manner. It was fairly easy to install and came with all of the needed parts. So far the sprayer has worked well for spraying off my daughter's cloth diapers and has a good amount of water pressure. I like the fact that you can shut off the water to the sprayer easily if needed!

This bidet unit works great! Though It is a pain to get the fittings to fit and it seems like they won’t at first. But just keep trying and it Will fit. It just needs you twist it in very precisely. The water power is adjustable! And it has power to spray out the bowl when needed.Some of the other bidets only have a soft water fountain type of water unit.

It’s an excellent alternative to toilet rolls and flushable wipes

Un kit complet .il ne manquait rien. Facile à installer. Même pas 10 min. Facile à utiliser. Et si vous avez une pression très élevée vous pouvez la contrôler facilement aussi en général et pour le moment un bon produit ça vaut vraiment la peine d'en acheter

THe item was so easy to install but not suitable for user.

After Installation, It has a bad Leakage from Bidet Hose, that can not be repaired with Teflon tape.
