HP ENVY 5534 e-All-in-One Printer

Great printer. Got this as a marked second but for the money I paid, the slight scuff on the plastic front is negligible. Connected to my WiFi within minutes and am now happily printing from multiple devices from phones to laptops to Surfaces. It's quiet and so far I've not needed any new cartridges after three months. HP have this content delivery service which can schedule printables to be sent to your printer, from calendars to wordsearches to colouring sheets. Won't be using any of that gimmicky stuff, but others might.

Wonderful printer, clear bright photographs and we can e-mail to it.

Avoid like the plague. I had to replace my PC as the main software products ( Windows, Gmail, IE and Chrome) I use were old and would no longer speak to each other. I was offered a good deal on an HP PC so decided to replace my old Epson printer with a HP one. Big mistake. The 5534 is fidddley to use. The heads need aligning EVERY TIME you want to print something. HP ink cartridges are expensive, and the reasonably-priced compatible cartridges are regarded as "counterfeit" and the printer disables itself. Talk about trying to anger your customers. Never again will I even consider a HP product.

Tintendrucker funktioniert.Leider ist ohne Entschuldigung der Drucker beschädigt eingepackt und beschädigt verschickt worden. Das ist kein guter Kundenservice.Da ich o.g.Drucker dringend gebraucht habe steht jetzt ein "beschädigter" Drucker in mein Büro.Deshalb nur 3 Sternen.
