Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

These are honestly a miracle cure for relieving a blocked nose. I have never woken up with a blocked nose after using this product! Really easy to use, just peel off the sticker and stick to your nose (make sure your nose is clean and dry, no grease or it won’t stick as well).

I’ve used these for a few years and provided you wash and dry your face before you apply them they work pretty well. I definitely breathe more easily and I feel like they generally improve my sleep. What I don’t like is that in the last 6 months they’ve been redesigned and are more uncomfortable. The strip itself if stiffer which is more uncomfortable. I also feel the adhesive has changed as I frequently get an itch under the strip which I wouldn’t get with the older design. I don’t have issues removing them in the morning but you can’t just rip them off; you have to splash warm water on the strip for a minute at least then they come off more easily. Overall, still effective but could be better.

I was prepared to be disappointed...but they do work! Not completely sorted dry mouth, but MUCH better, so sleep improved. Comfy, stay stuck all night, come off cleanly with a soak with warm water, no skin reaction to adhesive. Will definitely persevere.

I was wary about these - people saying they helped but didn’t cure. My experience is that they absolutely cured. My husband immediately said he could feel he was breathing better and I have now had three nights of undisturbed sleep. An extraordinary simple fix.

Helps me sleep easier as I can breathe fully, but they've changed the glue so now it rips off a layer of skin in the morning when I take it off. Even if I soak it off, it still takes off a layer of skin. It's super painful and leaves my nose red and raw. If you have thick skin, you'll do great, but I've had to cancel my subscription

Third time I've purchased - very straightforward to apply - and they rip off quite easily in the morning - I tried the mouth guard thing that you bite on but that didnt agree with me - this is a solid low cost solution

Auch beim Laufen helfen sie mir, gleichmäßiger zu atmen, was die Leistung unterstützt. Der Sitz ist angenehm und sie halten die ganze Nacht bzw. das ganze Training über zuverlässig. Kein unangenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut, und das Abziehen ist schmerzfrei. Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber für mich haben sie sich absolut gelohnt. Klare Empfehlung – werde ich definitiv nachkaufen!
