I love this griddle, we cook meat on it and the clean up is easy, pancakes and they do not stick to it. 10/10 buy.

Loved, loved, loved this griddle, until the coating starting peeling off. I use it about twice a week, always hand wash, no metal utensils. Nothing was sticking, fit over my oval burner perfectly. Food cooked evenly. Lightweight, did not warp. I got the glass lid for it as well which is wonderful. After 3 1/2 months, I noticed a white hazy section forming. I thought maybe it had not been cleaned well. After scrubbing, I saw that the coating has degraded and the white haze is actually the coating coming off. I am no longer comfortable using this griddle. Too bad, I really liked it. UPDATE After contacting Vayepro, they immediately responded and have sent a replacement. Replacement griddle received two days after contacting them. I will definitely update again as to how the replacement holds up. Except for the above mentioned problem, I love this griddle!

This griddle works great on my stove and gives plenty of space to cook multiple things at the same time. I’ve used it for pancakes, eggs, and sandwiches and everything cooks evenly. The non-stick surface works well and makes cleaning very easy. I also like that it’s lightweight compared to cast iron, so it’s easy to move and store.

Excellent quality griddle. I use griddle primarily to heat tortillas and prepare pancakes. Cooks evenly.

This is very easy to clean, and a good size for storage, and great size for if you want to make a couple pancakes or some grilled cheese. Only big complaint is there is a bit of warping to it. It isnt 100% flat and definitely has a bit of a bend going towards the middle. I wish it was FLAT FLAT so things cooked more evenly.

We LOVE this griddle. Only thing we wish for is that the company make a lid this size (unfortunately they only make a lid for a smaller option). It is fantastic, cooks evenly, truly non-stick. Great value & would buy again

I love this griddle which fits over 2 rings of my gas cooker. It heats fast, and evenly. I've cooked kofta kebabs and burgers on it since I got it, and they cooked perfectly just spraying with olive oil spray lightly. I also made what we Scots call white scones, which need no oil spray, just straight onto the griddle - perfect. Because it's non-stick, I didn't buy proper blackstone griddle tools as they are all metal, but I bought a silicone, long bladed fish slice (from Amazon) and that works perfectly for the long kofta kebabs. I do have an electric griddle, but this gives me a better control over temperatures.

What's Included: • One aluminum two‑burner griddle pan • Two attachable side handles with screws • Basic instructions for assembly and care • Warranty card The Setup: • I put this griddle together right out of the box by attaching the handles using a Phillips screwdriver. • I rinsed the pan in warm soapy water and dried it so the coating was clean before the first use. • On my standard gas stove, I positioned it across the front and back burners, which gave the flattest and most even fit. The Performance: • I tried this griddle during a weeknight dinner when I needed to cook multiple things quickly. I browned chicken pieces on one side and did sliced veggies on the other. • The aluminum heated fast and reached cooking temperature quicker than my cast iron pans. • I did notice the center warmed slightly faster, but adjusting the flame solved most of that. • The nonstick surface worked really well. I grabbed this griddle because I make big breakfasts pretty much every weekend, my sister stays over a lot, and I love doing the whole spread for the three of us. This is exactly the size I needed. It’s heavier than it looks in the photos (in a good way), and it heats up fast on my flat-top. The best part is just how much I can cook at once now. Before, everyone was waiting their turn for eggs in my tiny pan. Now I can knock out all our eggs at the same time, plus it handles a whole round of pancakes without playing Tetris. The surface really is non-stick, nothing really fought me when I flipped it, and cleanup was easy too just some warm water and soap. So if you cook for multiple people or just like having everything ready hot at the same time, this is such a good addition. My little weekend breakfast routine has certainly been upgraded thanks to this.

I ordered two of these griddle pans (one with a lid this one without a lid) - to maximize the cooking surface space of our stove. We've been wanting a blackstone grill for some time - but those are obviously quite pricey and i think these make an excellent 'almost' blackstone option. We have a Electric Radiant/Glass Cooktop stove - and this works great on it! 1- Firstly - I really appreciate the PTFE and PFOA-free ceramic coating. Finding a truly non-toxic non-stick that can handle the high heat of smash burgers without off-gassing is a huge win! I love that these are PFOA free - that's the most important thing I am looking for when buying cookware -( no one needs any extra chemicals in their food! ) These pans are made from aluminum but they have a ceramic coating which is free of forever chemicals - this is rarer than you might think in the world of non-stick cookware. 2- Secondly I love that the grill itself has a raised design to it ( the listing refers to this as 'shallow patterned corrugation' - i think this really helps with the non-stick factor but it also imprints a very cool design into the food (especially pancakes). 3- Handles: ~ The handles don't get hot! Provided they're not placed too directly atop the heat source the handles on either side of this griddle pan stay cool to the touch - which is a must, given you're likely to be spinning your pan around to achieve the most even cook. The handles also make for easier storage, we are a bit space-starved in our kitchen so it's nice to be able to hang this up vs. cramming it into a full cupboard. 4- Heat distribution : Even with my mismatched burner sizes (large front, small back), the aluminum's thermal conductivity was impressive. I didn't notice a significant 'cold spot' in the middle. 5- Cleanup: Is super easy with this - for dry items like pancakes a quick wipe is often enough. It claims to be 'dishwasher safe' - though a quick wipe with a soapy sponge was usually enough so we haven't tested this yet. We tested: ~ Breakfast: Sausages, eggs, bacon and pancakes - are all stellar on this griddle pan. + The 'corrugated' texture isn't just for aesthetics as it creates tiny air pockets that seem to help the pancakes release. ~ Fajitas! (this is where having two pans came in handy - one for the tortillas, one for everything else...) - Fajitas came out great on this pan! ~ Smash burgers: this one was a big test - and it did great. The key to smash burgers, IMO is getting good initial contact with a super hot surface. These were a big win on this griddle pan. The only con (and this is totally subjective) is that this version doesn't come with a lid - if you're in the market for one of these pans i would definitely recommend the lidded version over this one for melting cheese, keeping splatters at bay and faster cooking. Overall a really great griddle pan!
