I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but when order issues are corrected and done so with making the customer isn't delayed or inconvenienced any longer. The company deserves to be recognized and praised. I took days to order the dry erase board due to reviews. I choose this company because of it's rating and I must say that although the 1st dry erase board arrived damaged, the company stepped up and replaced the order. The first order was delivered on Friday and on Monday the replacement was delivered before the defective dry erase board was retrieved. So, yes the dry erase board is costly but YOU WON"T REGRET THE PURCHASE.

This is a good purchase. The price was affordable. It is light and the perfect size for a classroom. It erase good and very durable.

Perfect for my family's activities it's big enough.

This was the second time I ordered this board. My first order was cancelled which was confusing because I did not cancel it. Upon reading further, I saw this could happen if the item is damaged in transport. I reordered the board and this one arrived damaged. The top right corner has a crease and a bubble in it. I can’t use this due to where it is being installed. I contacted VIZ-PRO to ask them for direction on remedying the situation. Through some back and forth emails, we agreed on a partial refund and I kept the board. I will cover the damaged area with something. I imagine it’s difficult to transport these without damaging them. The front had a piece of cardboard covering it and there was a small strip on the back at the top. There were small plastic pieces protecting the corners. It was enclosed in a piece of plastic. I was satisfied with their quick response and resolution.

It arrived slightly damaged on one corner, but I was able to install this without much fuss. I wasn't able to add one of the caps over the screw because of the damage, but otherwise it was an easy install. After installing the whiteboard on my wall, I went to attach the magnets that I had for my other magnetic white board and they fell to the ground! So I found out, after the install, it was not magnetic.Amazon customer service was very helpful. As this is a very large item I was not able to fit this in my car to return this for a refund, and it was already installed on my wall. They were accommodating and gave me a full refund, which is why I trust Amazon with almost every purchase.I will have to find another board that will actually be magnetic for my purposes and repurpose this one somewhere else.

Not all whiteboards are created equal. The surface of the whiteboard is key to a good experience. Some lower quality whiteboards can make it challenging to remove the marker and the surface can be slightly warped. This whiteboard is none of those things. Its easy to mount, marker erases easily, and the surface is smooth and consistent. You want to be a hero on the board during brainstorming sessions? This is the board to buy.

Great in our work space, functional for job, delivery was great experience.
