Works as designed
I was worried that it wouldn’t work due to the light being u see the porch, but the bulb works perfect! It come on at dusk and off at dawn, no more forgetting to turn it on or off. And it’s plenty bright. Well worth it!!

Dusk-Dawn Light Bulb
This dusk‑to‑dawn lightbulb is awesome, it automatically turns on at night and off in the morning, and it lights up the space really well. It can also be used as a regular bulb if you have an emergency. I tried and it works like a normal bulb just the same. The only issue is it may turn off on it's own from time to time since it wasn't created for the purpose.

WORKING VERY WELL AS DESCRIBED. NIGHT SAFETY HAS BEEN INCREASED...
I purchased these Dusk to Dawn LED bulbs to give to older neighbors to increase their night safety around their homes. They can't afford a Dusk to Dawn light fixture so I decided to buy and try these bulbs. So far so good. I gave them to four neighbors (these bulbs are so INEXPENSIVE), put them in their existing light fixtures; they are performing well. I tape over the inside light switch so my neighbors will not inadvertently turn them off. The "soft white" color (2700K) gives plenty of light without being too bright.

Installation location determines longevity of light bulb.
Light bulbs work well and last a long time. They are a good value for the money. Bulbs will provide the longest service life if not installed over a door that opens and closes. Vibration will shorten the lifespan of the bulb.

Nice bulbs
I really like not having to remember to always turn off my outside lights before I go to work, these are bright enough for me, not overly bright. Great price and on time shipping.

Ensures my porch light is on!
These work great! I no longer have to worry with turning my lights on and off outside anymore. They do not flicker at all. They turn on when sun is setting and turn off when it comes up.
