I am a swimmer and wonder the screen protector won't come off while swimming?

I swim with mine. I don't do many laps but they've never come off.

Is there an installation video for the galaxy watch 6 classic screen protector?

Please Note: 1. Ensure that the watch screen is clean before installation. 2. Air bubbles may also occur if the screen protector is applied crookedly.

Are these actually glass? So many of these say tempered glass, but when I get them, they are plastic and a little warped.

As far as I can tell these are glass. There is no visible warping and laid down flat when I installed it. All of these glass screen protectors are safety glass and have a type of plastic on the backside to keep the glass from going everywhere when it breaks. I do recommend these as they work well and install easy.
