The Intelligent Investor (100 Page Summaries)

The original work written by B. Graham, The Intelligent Investor, is one of my favorite book! This summary book will provide anyone, regardless they are a first time reader or have read the original work multiple times, a great summary. With regards to the former, it will provide a first time reader a supplement to the original work and can be read simultaneously. Personally I have read the original work multiple times, but can easily go back the summary book for a quick look. For the price they charge for the book, it really provides you value for money. This is one of those books that you definitely have to read before you start your investing in business or stocks. This edition makes the book far more readable and easy to understand. I highly suggest it.

Great book, a real bargain. Alot of great pointers on how to avoid risky speculation and become a solid investor instead, and good examples to back it up. Also enjoyed that the authors own small additions where some of Graham's views are at odds with Warren Buffet's take on the matter, so the book have a personal touch, on top of a great short summery of a very technical subject.

This is a good reference book - I'll keep in on my desk. Easy to read the 100 pages, but apparently takes frequent reviews to understand it well.

As a beginner in value investing and as a huge fan of Warren Buffett, this 100 page summary was just what I was looking for. The book is written in plain English, and the authors have done a great job highlighting the main conclusions in each chapter. I especially like that there is an executive summary of a chapter summary. Perhaps I am just lazy but that structure works perfect for me!

This is a great book for someone interested in learning about investing. I have wanted to learn more about index fund investing and the smartest route to take for someone who has 40 years before retirement and this book certainly gave me my answer and other directions to look in.

I am skeptical when purchasing books on investing/ finance as a lot of people claim to know but do not actually know a lot. This book was very informative and held high quality information.

The book is an fantastic easy to read and easy to understand. It's gives you a great knowledge if you want to learn more about investing.

Highly recommended for those who wants intelligent investor simple and straight.

Summery of value investing: buy a company that is below it's value (net worth) and sell it when it achieves it's net value.
