I was doubtful of its ability to be spill proof, but I did put it to the test. With it being full of ice water I turned it upside down and nothing leaked out. Huge selling point for me because now I can feel more confident in putting my Stanley in my bag while I walk to work. It fit perfectly and I have no issues with it. The look is sleek, quality is good, and it seems like it'll be easy to clean. The only issue is where the straw is on the lid. It's parallel to the handle, but honestly not a huge deal.

Good fit and it doesn’t leak. I also like that it will keep things clean and sealed when I’m not drinking from it.

I needed a spill proof water bottle for work so I bought these to use for my water bottle and they are so amazing. Very easy to clean and dont leak at all! Fits my water bottle perfectly too

This is a great design addition for the Stanley user in your life. My wife bought into the Quencher craze, and she was absolutely driving me crazy by tipping it over and spilling her drink because she bought something that wasn't spillproof. Nevermind the kids doing the same while playing. It is the perfect size and fitment for the Stanley of social media fame, though I withhold one star because the straw is not aligned with the thread pattern for the cup. So the straw is either directly facing the handle or facing away, instead of being offset by 90 degrees. Wife loved it as a stocking stuffer. Great quality of life improvement for the Stanley and a good value to boot.

Excellent replacement for Stanley tops to make them spill proof. Do NOT trust the little pieces that you put in the lids... they fall out. These are actually spill proof.

Doesn’t leak, and works as it should but neither lids line up well. Very awkward positioning even after twisting it backwards half way to rethread for the opposite position. One would think it would be similar to the original lid and be 90° to the handle on either side

No leaks and super nice for my Stanley 40oz mug! Only complaint is that the straw doesn’t align with the logo no matter which way you screw it on. I find it awkward to drink out of when it’s aligned with the handle. I got the light blue and I really like the color. The added straw cleaner and replacement straw is very much appreciated!

These lids do not fit the Stanley 40oz tumblers.
