When will the item be in stock again?

The film has started peeling off the top, but the color still changes underneath. How important is the top layer/could I remove it?

This my second color changing mug with Bob Ross. The first one, unfortunately, went through the dishwasher which is a big no-no. It lost its protective film and soon the color changing went, too.

Many customers have complained of chipping and peeling. Has this problem been resolved?
