Just what I needed
This aquatic dirt is exactly what my Lotus plants needed. Unlike regular potting soil, it stays at the bottom and doesn't cloud the water or float away. Texture: Nice and heavy; perfect for anchoring delicate tubers. Performance: It creates a solid foundation that mimics a natural pond bottom. Result: It’s already settled in and seems to be working perfectly. Highly recommend this for anyone planting water lilies or lotus who wants a mess-free experience!

Aqua best Soil!!
This aqua soil is great! You have to be patient because you have to add a little water and wait until it becomes the consistency wherein you can put your germinated seeds!

not good for ponds with fish
If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I purchased the Aquatic Soil for my aquarium plants, and it turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in the hobby. After adding it to my tank, my water parameters went out of balance almost immediately. The nitrites and nitrates spiked to dangerously high levels, which I strongly believe was caused by this substrate. Despite regular testing and water changes, the situation did not improve, and sadly, I lost fish that had been healthy before I introduced this soil. Aquarium soil should support a healthy, stable environment, but in my case it did the opposite. I know some products need a cycling period, but this went well beyond what could be corrected in a reasonable timeframe. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this soil to anyone who values the health and safety of their fish.

How to use it Successfully
So far, I have a VERY cloudy aquarium. I pray it clears up soon. I just put the soil in a bit ago. Why is it that some people find it very easy to use, with clear instructions, while others have a terrible time with it? What is the secret people use to make it easy and successful? I didn't receive any instructions at all...just the clay.
