These are my favorite brand of Ladyfingers! I always use these to make tiramisu and they always turn out great. The texture is amazing. It soaks up the perfect amount of espresso and if the tiramisu feels dry, I try to let it sit a little longer and it does the trick. The price is great as they can be expensive.

I recently tried the Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers, and I have to say, they’re a solid choice! The texture is spot on—crunchy yet soft enough to absorb liquids without falling apart. I really appreciated that they weren’t too sugary, which allows the flavors of whatever you pair them with to shine through. Plus, the 1.1-pound package is a great size for making a large dessert or simply keeping on hand for a quick snack. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that while they’re great overall, I found them to be a little more delicate than some other brands I’ve tried. A few did break during handling, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers to anyone looking for a reliable, tasty option!
