Item arrived in perfect condition. Twists and turns smoothly, it works great.

Very flimsy, good client service
It broke after an hour of using it even when we bought it as adults. The material is very fragile and the structure is made of flimsy plastic. All though i gotta say that when i returned it, the refund came very early so I gotta give them that and that's why I gave them 2 stars.
