Massive Difference in myself
These are brilliant, didn’t work the first week but the 2nd made such a difference. I have a stressful job and due to being tired all the time I didn’t feel I was functioning. My 2nd week of taking them I got a restful sleep I woke up feeling ready for the day normally I felt groggy, most days I couldn’t even remember my drive to work until I arrived. I’m more mentally switched on with these gummies. And challenges at work don’t feel as major as they once did.

Great Taste and actually works
Love these taste really good like other customers say and I think they actually work definitely fall asleep faster and a better sleep. May take a while to build up tolerance but so good so far.

Don't help with sleep, make it worse
I bought these to help with my sleep. I have tried them for a few weeks and I am actually sleeping worse than I was before! I'm having alot of really stressful dreams which is making my sleep even worse. They taste nice but are otherwise useless.

I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for some time now but I recently switched to this brand due to inconsistencies with the previous product. I love it! It’s definitely a keeper! Helps keeps things moving and definitely feel like I’m able to relax and fall asleep quicker and just get overall better sleep. My 12 year old also takes them and loves them. Definitely recommend!

These are the first magnesium gummies I have had that have a decent taste. Not saying they are delicious but they are not bad.

I got these magnesium citrate gummies for myself and they’ve been really helpful. I take them in the evening and they help me relax and sleep better. The taste is actually really nice — fruity and not too sweet — and the texture is soft, easy to chew. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since I started taking them. Definitely a great addition to my daily routine. Good quality and effective!
