I've always liked the Simply Organic brand and have purchased a lot of their products, knowing I was buying quality. I was surprised to find this product. I wasn't really looking for a vanilla paste, I hadn't given any thought and didn't know there was such an item on the market. What a pleasant surprise! I knew if I was going to try such a product, I couldn't go wrong with the brand. The size of the container is ideal for this product. The taste, quality, and strength of flavor are all spot on. There are so many things you can do with this product. Baking? Of course! A bit in your tea, absolutely! You can still add a splash of milk to your tea but make your vanilla flavor any strength you want. I think the value is perfect as you can as little or as much as you want, to anything and everything. If you love true vanilla, this is product!

Some of the best vanilla paste available. I keep it around and use it often. Excellent in overnight oats, or hot chocolate, or coffee, or chocolate milk I've used it in marinades and rubs, with cinnamon, on vegetables or meats like beef or lamb, or fish. Not bad in some Swedish style meatballs, or Frikadellen, or meatloaf too. It blends well with all-spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. I mixed a tad bit with some mirin, shoyu, fish sauce and garlic for a soup dumping dipping sauce. It was delicious. This is very high quality vanilla, extracted in a wonderful moderately low viscosity paste. Much better than liquid extracts. A small amount goes a long way.

Used to make vanilla syrup. Works great’ better than using vanilla extract.

There's actually a whole lot more inside than I thought, despite how small a jar it came in. I used this to make banana pudding for a potluck and specifically used it to make the pudding and the whipped cream. It tasted amazing and also smelled amazing. When I first opened the lid, the smell was what got me. I'm not sure what the texture, consistency and appearance are supposed to look like since it's my first time using vanilla bean paste in something and I just learned how to make banana pudding yesterday but it was nice and smooth, kinda sticky, tasted nice, and when I used it in my pudding and whipped cream there black specks, like glitter that surrounded the pudding and whipped cream. For the price, it was well spent. I think this will last me a while since I don't bake or make desserts often. HOWEVER,, I am and will be taking off a star because it came unsealed! There was a small piece of tape holding it down but that isn't enough if you're going to sell something like this.
