These are sturdy, easy to put together. I love the storage and the top step for spa supplies. There are plenty wide enough and very stable. Made of good material.

Very sturdy so far. My husband and I are larger people, and it does not buckle. The storage under the step is lined with plastic, and is quite convenient to store our hot tub chemicals.

I didn’t have any trouble assembling it after I figured it out because I didn’t have any directions. Then I realized that the directions were in the vinyl bat cover for the steps which was fine so I was able to go back there and finish it with the hinges and all that stuff my only issue is that the product that I ordered was gray and white. This company‘s gray is brown. It is there no way shape or form look anything like gray I I went ahead and used it and it went together fine and it was extremely sturdy. I definitely just don’t go by the colors because there is no connection between the color gray and the brown that I received.

These hot tub steps are the best! For the longest time my kids have been complaining that it is hard for them to get into the hot tub. On some occasions we enjoyed it lol, but when they had friends over or we wanted to get them into the hot tub with us it was always a pain to lift everyone in and out of the hot tub. These stairs are perfect! They are super durable, made very well and were easy to put together. What I love about them most is the bonus extra storage they provide for us to store their pool toys or our towels so that they are right there for us when we want to get out and don’t want to be cold and wet going to grab a towel. It is the best set of stairs that I have found. Now our whole family is happy and ready for the cooler weather, especially since we live in the desert and its still very hot here. I have been getting ready for all the fun we plan to have when it cools down for us and now we are all really excited! Come on fall!!

Sturdy. Easy to put together. Use it next to hot tub and it looks great.

Excellent product. My husband had a little trouble getting together. Just be patient and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! Great with the storage area too.

This thing absolutely sucks to put together. You’re supposed to use a mallet to get the parts to click together. However, you have to bang so hard that it scratches the plastic; and still doesn’t even click in place!!! Definitely would not recommend.

Real plastic feel thought it would be stronger

Does not slip. Storage is a plus. We store all the chemicals and a hose in the storage.
