I’m about to hit 50, and I was looking for a better multivitamin, and started doing a lot of research! As you get older you body needs vitamin D, B6, B12 and calcium, this one has it all! Most of the other senior vitamins had no calcium or very little, this one has the most at 38%, I even compared it to a calcium supplement i use to take and this multivitamin was better nutritionally. In essence, your getting a great multivitamin and a calcium supplement in one, while saving money.

How can you in all honesty rate a multi-vitamin? I suppose you can check blood tests prior to taking the pills and then afterwards. By taking these pills, (2 at a time), you won’t all of a sudden feel, as the commercials say, “more bounce in your step”). Yes, there are certain meds that act fairly quickly like certain pain pills, steroids etc. These pills are not like that. Again the only way to determine if these vitamins are providing the nutrients you need is by a before and after blood tests prior. How else can you determine the effect on your body?

The smaller size and better shape makes this vitamin easier to swallow than others. It was the main reason I decided to give it a try because I was tired of choking the bigger ones down. I also chose it because One a Day is a trusted product I have used off and on since I was a child. It was my first vitamin to swallow when I was about 7 years old. Loved the really small size and that it was coated back then. It's bigger without the candy like coating but still so easy to swallow! Very happy with this product.
