We purchased three cameras, two to monitor folks indoors and keep an eye on our rescue cat. We placed the third camera on our front windowsill. What a great decision! While not very tech savvy, the Hugolog Connect app is very user friendly. Hugolog security cameras are easy to set up. Picture quality is clear, touch screen allows you to pan, tilt and zoom covering a greater viewing area. Impressed that Tina and Jesse at Customer Service reached out to us. Jesse explained all the extras and how to set the camera to detect “human body” instead of every single movement. Hugolog seems eager to provide customer satisfaction which is important to us. We will probably add another camera to the rear so able to see our backyard. Overall, we are thrilled with our Hugolog purchase!

We got this monitor system because it was recommended by a friend. We love it. It picks up audio really well. We previously had the Nanit camera which we really enjoyed but didn’t need the extra features anymore. The sound quality, picture quality, range of motion and night vision is awesome. We have 2 set up in her room and can see every single inch of her room. Think the only thing I miss from my previous monitor is being able to keep the monitor open on your phone while not in the app so you can still use your phone while listening for the baby. Overall recommend to anyone needing a cheaper monitor with great quality.

This was very easy to set up. It connected to my wifi right away and was ready to be used within a couple minutes (reading the instructions was the longest part lol) I have it to watch my cat throughout the day and went I'm gone over night. I like that I can't hear and speak to my cat as well. It covers a large area and you can move the angle of the camera via the app on your phone. The quality of the picture is great. The only downside (which may not be to all) is that you have to pay for a subscription if you was video stored or you need to purchase an SD card. That isn't a huge down side really as those aren't expensive but could be a drawback to someone. Great camera for a various uses, security, kids, cats etc.

Pros:- good camera quality- good night vision quality- wide range of motion side to side- allows a micro SD card for backup storage / playback- good price- app is easy to use, easy to download clips to camera rollCons:- audio quality pretty bad, and on the playback the audio and video are not synced- doesn’t tilt downwards as much as I’d like- the biggest con to me is the motion tracking feature. Sometimes, the camera will randomly refuse to pan past a certain point. It’s as if something physical is blocking it from going any further left or right. However there isn’t, because if I reset the camera or manually move it around a bunch, eventually it goes back to normal. This makes the motion tracking virtually useless, which sucks.Hugolog did work with me quite nicely to try and resolve this problem. They sent me troubleshooting tips, and even sent replacements for free and took back the old ones. Unfortunately the problem still occurred, so they offered a full refund. Maybe I’m just cursed since this didn’t seem to be a concern for other people, but just to be on the safe side, don’t expect the motion tracking to work flawlessly!

We bought 2 cameras so we could monitor our dog while we're out of the house. Motion tracking helps avoid any blind spots. Cameras were easy to set up, mobile app works great, and image quality is super clear and high-res.
