The nylon fully insulated construction looks decent and the 2-year warranty from Nilight is a reassuring backing for the product. My hesitation comes from mixed feelings about T-tap connectors in general and whether these specifically make reliable, long-term connections compared to more traditional wiring methods. They work well enough for basic low-current applications, but I'm not yet fully convinced of their long-term reliability and secure contact in more demanding or permanent installations. If you need a quick, temporary, or low-current tap solution they'll get the job done. For anything more critical or permanent, I'd recommend a more traditional and secure wiring method.
