Taste: The non-mushroom coffee reminds me of waffles and tastes a bit similar to La Republica brand (out of Los Angeles). Preserving: I keep it fresh with moisture-absorbing packets (available for cheap on Amz). Caffeine: It feels like only 1/5 the caffeine of other instant coffees. It also froths a lot after mixing.

I am sensitive to coffee and this seems to be very clean. I do not sweat after drinking it, which is typically a sign of my body detoxing unclean coffee. This is my first experience with instant coffee; it is awesome! Dissolved into my hot elixirs and protein shakes perfectly!

I’ve tried a lot of instant coffee brands. This was new to me and was on sale - so I opted for it instead of my other organic instant go-to. All the 5* reviews had me ready to switch to a new cheaper organic favorite. Well - I made my first cup using 3tsp in 12 oz boiling water and wow was it the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. The flavor was so bad I couldn’t even find words to describe it. I logged into my Amazon account and searched through the reviews - how could alllll these people have led me so wrong? Then I found the one review who described the coffee as tasting like burnt mud. And that is EXACTLY how I’d describe it. Who are all these people who are giving the 5*’s? Were you all drinking Sanka before trying this? There are so, so many better alternatives out there. I’m sad I have this huge bag. Miss my other instant fav - as soon as you opened the bag it smelled so good. This one has zero smell even though virtually the two look identical.

Okay in a pinch but it’s nothing like my whole bean espresso cup. I’m not a black coffee drinker but to me this tasted a little burnt. I bought it for traveling to have organic instant when coffee isn’t available easily but I wouldn’t buy again.

It's a great tasteful organic coffee! What's very nice it comes with a very small measuring scoop handle which you have to dig inside to find it. I use 3 scoops to my liking depending of the size of my cup. You will be surprised of it's wonderful taste for sure.

This is the best instant coffee that I have ever had! It is smooth tasting even when made strong. It dissolves easily and is gentle on the stomach. I can drink two cups without feeling anxious. Importantly, it is organic as I need to keep my diet chemical free. It also is a large amount of coffee and lasts a long time. There isn’t anything to not like. I look forward to my morning coffee every day!

This makes a delightful and satisfying cup of coffee to get my morning started. This is way superior to the other instant coffees I've had in the past. Will buy again when I run out.
