Great for consistent people
It is well and good. Like we need to consume regularly and all, personally I noticed quite improvements in my digestion and diet intake as myself being an irregular person, still Like, it helps me in digesting better and feel hungry around lunch/dinner. Well except my case, if you are a regular person having timely food and exercise and all then you can surely increase your diet and work out more for good results I believe. :D
