As with all nutrional supplements it's takes time for the body to show positive effects, converse to negative ones, such as intolerance or plain dislike of flavour. The ingredients are a sensible balance of nutrients, juice, and a physiologically useful amount of collagen. I’ve been using Primabiotic Collagen for a few months, and the results are fantastic! My skin is more hydrated and elastic, with a healthy glow, and my hair is noticeably thicker.
