We bought these almost 10 years ago and are just now having to replace them! They last forever and are VERY bright!

It's very bright. so much so, it'll "burn" a white spot into your eyes for a few seconds even if you only look at it for a few seconds. It's so bright that you're constantly "looking at it" because it's unusual. I put 2 of these in a pole shed, very bright, they lasted through the Winter (2019 - 2020) and work flawlessly, and are instant on (no warm up period to full brightness). They are super white (no warmth, and this is as designed, and probably the point of the lights). I'm only knocking one star off because the LED's are not covered, so I don't know how that's going to negatively affect the life of the bulbs. Other than that, so far I'm happy with about a years worth of use.

I replaced two dim 60-watt bulbs in the bedroom with 1 LED corn bulb, and that's quite the difference! It lit up the entire section. Bright white light and barely warm to the touch, so they won't cause a contact fire from heat alone.They are screwed into the sockets securely. No need for additional light fixtures. It also comes in a pack of 2, which is very convenient. This is my first corn bulb purchase, so I have nothing to compare it to aside from the standard bulbs. Going back for more! They are great!

We purchased these for our garage that has no windows. It makes the entire garage bright making it easier to work on vehicles and find stored objects. The cost was less than getting them at a big box hardware store. We have only had them a few months so I'm uncertain about the longevity. We will purchase these again when needed.

Great when you first install them. 90% of LEDs failed just over a year of infrequent use. Bostic and Amazon both know there is no way to receive the “hassle free 5 year warranty” yet they both continue to deceive customers with this product. These lights are not good and you’ll never be able to take advantage of any warranty. I bought 8 of them for my barn and they ALL failed at about the 1 year point. They were installed properly and were out of the weather. The quality is below substandard. I had to fight with Amazon on 2 different occasions to get any kind of response or compensation. In the end I received a refund for 3 lights. DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS. DO NOT trust Amazon to police their sellers or protect your interests. Remember that “Amazon’s choice” is something that sellers pay for. It is not about quality or truthfulness. Shame on Bostic AND shame on Amazon for continuing to represent this product as they are doing even after I have gone to great lengths to identify the problems associated with it.
