Good product
Works great. Pressure not as great as I’d hoped but still ok for car washing and casual yard cleaning.

Couldn't live without it!
*(Heavily edited after experience. My initial review was way off and if Amazon is going to allow it I am withdrawing the entire initial review) First, I really appreciated the paper bolt pattern template. Most handy people would simply use a level and a tape measure to decide where the bolts should be. This one leaves not much room for doubt. Tape up the template really well. Drill the holes where instructed. Hang the washer. Tighten the bolts--done. When my wife initially used it she hadn't completely understood the instructions. On initial power up, when the unit shut down, she thought that the circuit breaker had tripped (this happens all too often our house). However, we quickly learned that once the unit has built pressure it shuts off and only starts again on demand as you are spraying water. This is absolutely wonderful. We had been used to the very noisy gasoline powered pressure washers which are just ridiculously loud and smelly from exhaust. The electrically powered washer is probably just as powerful as the gasoline powered units. It has PLENTY of hose for our home and I like that it swings out from the wall in the direction you are going to be running the hose. When the cleaning is done, a simple tug on the hose and it retracts like magic! Admittedly, the instructions aren't that great. There are none whatsoever regarding the uses of each color coded nozzle, each of which is attached to the pressure wand (though I'm going to be putting them in my tool box as they tend to fall out when the wand is in use). I guess it's a matter of trial and error to determine the uses of each nozzle. There are also no instructions on the attachment bottle for soap or mixture rate of it. In the seven or eight months we have been using this, that bottle has never been on the unit because we just don't know the mixture rate or what to do with it. I regret my initial bad review. This washer has received heavy usage since we figured it out as we have a nearly constant buildup of algae on the concrete around our house since we live on a tropical island (Pohnpei, Micronesia). We love this and when it wears out, as things do, we will definitely buy another. We consider it to be an essential tool!

Two purchases, two dismal experiences
I purchased this for the first time... and it simply never even shipped. I had to ask a customer support agent to refund me. The unit that did ship (my second purchase, completed a couple of months ago) never worked. It power up normally, the motor starts... but no water comes out whatsoever. I was busy with work and couldn't find the time to set the machine up until this weekend, and now the return window has closed. This is not a reliable brand, beware.

Versatile swivel wall power washer
I like that the wall mounted washer swings one hundred eighty degrees and locks in place, so a sixty five foot hose can reach street parking without tugging the reel. The retractable line rewinds neatly and uses a guard to avoid kinks. 2.2 gallons per minute paired with 2500 PSI is balanced for concrete or cedar. Four quarter inch quick connect tips plus a foam cannon cover tasks from moss removal to gentle car suds, all while the 1800 watt motor stays outlet friendly.

Convenient little power washer
This is a great product. Never thought of mounting a power washer onto a wall outside right beside the water faucet. Turns out, that's the greatest idea of all. There's a bit of a problem having to run the power cord, but the machine does come with something quite long, and I did have to get an additional 15-ft extension cord and got this to power up. Other than that, this has become a permanent staple outside my house. I've had this for over 2 weeks now and went through 3 spray-down for my cars. So convenient and easy to just tuck everything away and having a neat storage unit all in one. I only used 2 jet nozzle types so far and both went well. There's no surging like some of my other power washers had (Ryobi), and this isn't something I get to move and scoot around with, which is great since I don't want to have to haul a wheel around with water hose and power cord altogether. The only down side to this is the length of the water hose. I have a 120-ft drive way all the way to the back of my house where the garage is, and this thing can only handle half the distance. So I can use it readily to spray down my cars, but not something I can do a complete driveway powerwash job with. Anyway, I've only got it for two weeks so far, don't know how well these will last under the outdoor conditions. The entire casing appear to be made of pretty strong plastic; just not sure how well these plastics will do under the Southern hot summers. Time will tell. But I've been having a lot of fun with this washer so far, it's nice to have something higher tech, savvy looking, neatly tucked away. But it does occupy the faucet, so if I want to sprinkle on the grass or something, I have to detach and switch hoses. Maybe a T-off junction will solve this problem later. Anyway, good stuff.
