Bodysuit Zentai Unitard with Face Open

I bought 2 of these in a children's small for my nearly 5 year olds who are about 46" tall (so the upper limit of the children's small). They have completely different body types (one is narrow shouldered with a short torso and long legs, the other is wide shouldered with a long torso and medium legs), but this fit both of them well. I was impressed by how well the fingers fit on the gloves, by how stretchy the fabric was and how comfortable both of them reported the overall unitard to be. The seams are not flat, but they are double stitched and sturdy, and about the same size as the seams on typical children's clothes--and they've withstood all sorts of movement well. The fabric is shiny and feels like good quality.I bought this for costumes that involved sewing, hot glue gun gluing, and cutting. The fabric did well with all of this. The hood and face fit snugly but not too tight for either kid (even though one has a large head for his age). The kids' costumes were a hit, and I will absolutely be buying this unitard next time I have to make a costume.

The unitard I ordered seemed very comfortable and of high quality, but the size didn't fit me (mainly just the height). I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement unitard in the correct size for free. The replacement I received was very comfortable and fit just right, and was extremely good quality. I absolutely recommend this unitard to anyone who needs one. I do recommend you order 1 size above whatever the chart says your size is though, as the chart seems to run slightly short.

These fit, which to me is amazing, since nothing seems to be in American full size anymore on Amazon. I'm a woman, curvy, 5'9", about 185-190 lbs. Not top heavy or pear shaped. This fit great right down to the gloves. Appropriately stretchy. Seems durable. No split seams or pilling. But you know, it is spandex and will be snagged and abraided by velcro, rubbing boots or belts, and other "rough" accessories. So keep that in mind and plan accordingly. My only complaint is that the Black one I bought bled or rubbed off on my skin. Especially on my hands and around my neck because these are areas that rubbed or took the most fiddling with {usage getting them on & off my body). Also, I was wearing it around the house wearing slippers with a white fur cuff and the suit rubbed off a lot of black dye on the white fur. Now the color on my skin washed off fairly easily with soap & water and since the slippers are older and have a grey body, I haven't made washing the color out of them a big priority, so don't know about staining, but as I said, it washed off my skin easily enough. I was going to wash the leotard in warm water with detergent before trying to wear it again, and based on previous experience, I have had good luck with washing out excess dye in this type of fabric, avoiding the rub off problem. A vinagar bath & rinse often works to "set" the dye as well. But TEST it first! It might fade or change some colors. Since I decided to go with another costume altogether for my event, and got busy with that, I did not get around to washing this (would wash by hand) so can't swear it would stop rubbing off, but experience ( I'm a professional costume builder) tells me it would probably be just fine. Anyway, it wasn't a deal breaker for me at all - totally a doable trade-off for how well this fit and how great it looked on and was comfortable and workable. Would recommend.

The measurements provided in the size chart worked really well. Ordered M for my 8 year old and the fit is perfect. The material is thick, looks well sawn together, the zipper can be done from both ends which is a great plus and the face opening is well placed. My daughter tried it on when it arrived and she liked it so much that she wouldn't take it off. Colors may be off, we ordered the peach but it's really pink - it works anyway so we will not return/exchange.

I knew my exact measurements and this body suit fitted just like a second skin! It's extremely comfy, and is perfect for my costume that I'm building.Do note that it is very hard to zip this when you're only. It's not impossible though! Use the top zipper on the head and just pull down until you can reach it behind it your back.Or get a friend to help. Whatever is in your power.

Fit as expected. Bought the Medium for a size 8 female and everything fit fine. However, the 'face hole' was very tight and uncomfortable. We sent it back and will try another suit without the face cut out.

This was great quality. I got it for my son to use for Halloween (he was a movie theatre floor) because anything else would have taken to long. This arrived quickly with Amazon prime.The fabric was nice quality spandex-type. I needed to partially cut the gloves off so he could pull his hands out to eat and I was able to do that by cutting just a couple inches on the inner sleeve so that he could squeeze his hand through and put them on again. Even though I cut them, they did not continue to rip or fray. So that was really nice.The only thing is that it runs small. My son is 10 and about 5'3 right now and it was just right on him as far as length. It does not have much give for extra height. We got the large because I would rather it be too big than too small. It was just perfect for him. I do not think it would stretch to someone taller than 5'6, honestly.But other than that this was great. There is something about wearing it that is hilarious.

My son wanted to be Captain Underpants for Halloween but we found all of the actual costumes creepy. So we made our own. I liked that this unitard covered his head but that the face was still open. I was able to get a couple layers under it to keep him warm and it still looked great. The zipper seems well made, too. And he was comfortable in it.
