Iron Shot Put – Durable Track & Field Training Shot, Multiple Weights for Youth, HS & Collegiate Athletes

My 12 year old daughter is just starting off with throwing, this 4kg put is perfect for the yard, so she can practice. Not surprising it is solid, serves its function and priced nicely.

Arrived by ship date and was exactly as advertised. Weight was correct, shot put was nicely finished (no defects, casting lines), daughter said it felt good in her hand when throwing.

Used this my last year of high school I loved it would recommend buying a shot put bag to go with it it’s no easy to carry around without it

This shot does what it is supposed to do. This is a larger diameter shot so if you prefer to throw with the smaller size I don't recommend this one. I can throw with either size but prefer the smaller diameter shots to compete with. Value for what I paid was good. I haven't had it weighed out yet, but hopefully it is up to standards

Turned shot puts arrived. Very nicely made. After several tosses, we noticed our hands were now silver from the cheap paint. Great value, wish the paint didn't come off on our hands. Will be repainting them.

This item was described as a 4 kg black iron 4x4 shot put, which would have been perfect. In actuality, it is oversized. It's 5+ inches, not 4. It's also not the standard black iron. It a spray painted silver, as noted in another review. I am very unhappy with the size and material.

Fue un regalo para mi novia, quedó muy contenta el único detalle es que la pintura se va quedando en las manos pero no es un verdadero problema ya que deja de hacerlo en lo que la utilizas, la recomiendo.

This was great, my son liked it a lot, but like others said the silver came off on his hands
