Self employed - it will be 2 years next month since I first bought this steamer. It has worked very well and I am very happy with how long it lasted. It still works but definitely showing some signs of the end with the parts and the tank cracked at the top. I have used it a lot! Some of my facials and hair services are 3 hours long. I’ve gotten used to the timing so it doesn’t require fill at awkward times. I do preheat my water very hot before services and keep it in a large thermal so the heating process is even faster. Buying another and a tank to see if it fits to get more out of this one. It’s a solid buy. Oh, I have maintenanced with vinegar and water. I think that has helped extend the life.

Constantly cuts off. Runs for five secs and shuts off. I have to keep turning it back on. Not time efficient for salon. I was putting to much water ! Works great !

I recently order this steamer which by pictures and description is not the same iteam or model shown, on top of that it did not work and it just makes beeping sound and quality is not great at all. Very cheap material.

I purchased this steamer at the behest of a youtuber whose video reviewed it. She was very thorough in her explanation and demo of it. So I thought, for the price I’d give it a try. Happy to report that this far I’m quite pleased. My primary reason for purchase was for hair steaming. However, the first time I used it I used it on my face. I was satisfied with the overall experience. THEN so used it on my hair. Satisfied again. So, all in all it has been a pleasant experience for me. I look forward to using it again tomorrow to steam my hair which I do once a week. The fact that it’s on wheels makes it very easy to transport. Assembly was a breeze. So simple and easy. HOWEVER, you may NOT use distilled water on your first usage. You have to use regular water first for electrolyte detection which the instructions clearly pointed out but, I read right over it. I was alerted by a shrill noise and a red light. Once I figured out the error. I quickly righted my wrong and it was on and poppin’’ afterwards. In short, I have no complaints. If I run into any I’ll be sure to come back here and document.

I go weekly to get facials at Massage Envy every week. I love how they make me and my skin feel. This is absolutely like being there but at home. I can steam my face, use my facial wash, and other serums at home and carry on the get feeling I get from it at home. Still go to my weekly’s but love I can carry over at home. This is day one so will try and update in a couple of months. I have yet to notice any problem areas as of yet. Love the stand compared to the table top because then I can lay in bed or a chair and don’t have to worry about a table being available. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!
