Worth The Money - Fantastic Gimbal
Fantastic. This gimbal is really worth the price. Much better than the DJI Competitor. Works as advertised paired flawlessly, The software is easy to use and intuitive. Tracking is superb, The magnetic attachment is strong no worries about coming off. Very smooth and portable, totally adjustable and perfect for getting B-Roll. I have owned many gimbals and wished that Insta360 made full sized gimbals as this is truly a great piece of kit.

Go for it.
Love it. It’s compact, solid build quality. Value for money. Stabilizes your phone. It’s easy too use. Video quality from the insta 360 app is good. Go for it. I am a noob but still able to operate and use it.

Great for beginners
Works good, but no quick movements. Also 360 stops working if it senses any movement which kinda sucks because I tried to use it at the aquarium and the reflection of the water kept messing up the image. Takes some learning to know and remember which button does what because each button had about 3 functions depending on how many clicks. Decent quality, very durable, selfie stick is shorter than I was hoping but still works good. The app has no zoom so you get one view and you have to either move closer or further. It does work with your phone camera as well. For the price I would say it was close to being worth it, I would have paid around $100 for this item if I had to put a value to it. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Pretty portable, has a carrying pouch, I fit it into my fanny pack for easy transportation, it is slightly heavier. And killed my phone battery FAST like an hour or 2.

Very robust and functional product
So far it's worked flawlessly for me. The stabilization is excellent, and the tracking is very good both from the Insta360 app and when using the tracking accessory with native apps (in my case, on Android). I have no complaints.

Great Tech, But a Major Balancing Flaw Makes it Unusable
Initial Impressions (5/5): When I first purchased the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro Grey, I was incredibly excited. The build quality, foldable design, and underlying AI technology promised a top-tier phone gimbal experience. Everything about the construction feels premium, and the features list is impressive—it truly felt like a great product that would elevate my phone videography. The Portability Hiccup (3/5): My first disappointment came with the included clip phone attachment. While functional, traveling with it was a pain. It’s bulky, makes the gimbal pocket out uncomfortably, and worse, my phone would often not stay properly balanced with it attached, forcing me to constantly re-adjust. I decided to stop using the gimbal for a while until I purchased the dedicated Insta360 Flow 2 Pro/Flow 2 Magnetic Phone Mount, hoping this would solve the portability and quick-mount issues. It certainly made carrying easier. The Critical Flaw (1/5): Unfortunately, the ease of carrying didn't fix the fundamental balancing problem, especially when using a larger device. I use the iPhone 16 Pro Max with a Shift Lens clear case. I consistently find that the motors do not keep the phone balanced. This issue persists even when I take the time to mount it without the protective case. The MagSafe attachment is less than perfect and barely improves stability. Forcing me to use the phone without a case provides an added risk just to try and get basic functionality. I end up having to calibrate the gimbal after just a few minutes of usage. This completely defeats the purpose of a quick-access, ready-to-shoot device. Instead of focusing on the shot, I’m constantly waiting for the app to recalibrate the axis drift. Final Verdict: Because of this persistent flaw, I have not used the Flow 2 Pro nearly as often as I intended. I suspect my unit might be defective, but I missed the return window and am now stuck with a beautiful but flawed piece of equipment. Is anyone else experiencing this significant calibration or balancing issue? It's frustrating to be sitting on an item with such potential that is currently unusable for reliable filming.

Great product
Item was delivered to wrong address, never received from Amazon, but I did pick one up and wow it’s a huge upgrade coming from the DJI osmo mobile 3 to the pro 2 amazing. The features are incredible tracking is the best there is , it will follow is an infinite 360 circle if needed . I did compare to the latest offerings and this seemed by far the best , sub 150 gimbal for mobile phones…

Insta360 Flow 2 Pro
I’m enjoying it. It does everything I need it to do. I’ve especially enjoyed the wide view it records in that fills the whole screen on the iPhone.
