DO NOT USE THE LOCK SCREEN FUNCTION IN THE ANDROID TABLET/SCREEN!!! You may think it is a normal android system but it will lock you out of the system and brick the machine. There is zero support for this product and no way to factory reset to get the tablet/screen working again. The no technical support on this deserves zero stars!!! Do Not buy unless you have money to burn. UPDATE: There is a rest button on the control panel. However, your going to need a wired keyboard to select the factory reset in the bios screen. Still zero tech support for this thing but thank you google AI for the general idea of the reset button. Also, DO NOT plug a drive or disk with personal information on it. Only use media that contains music/images/videos that you would share with the world. After putting in my Google password to access Google play, three hours later I received a Google notification that my password was found online. Im fully versed in online security. I don't think this was a coincidence. In addition it will copy everything on your media without asking or letting you know. Hook it up to wifi and your data is going to China. Sad thing is, the machine is really awesome if you download an app like Karafun from Google play. Sound, play, mics, coupled with Karafun make this thing truly great.

So much fun in one machine! This portable karaoke system totally exceeded my expectations. The 10.1” touchscreen is super responsive and makes it easy to navigate lyrics and settings. The sound is loud and clear, and the two wireless microphones work great without any lag. I love the DJ light feature — it really adds a party vibe! Works perfectly with WiFi and HDMI, and we’ve used it both indoors and outdoors. Great for family nights, parties, or just singing for fun. Highly recommend!

I have had this for 3 months, and the positives: It delivers with regards to powerful sound, and the microphones have worked well - there's no latency at all. It's pretty easy to use - I did have to update the Youtube app, but that's pretty straightforward (just like adding an app to your phone or tablet). However, the microphone batteries do recharge - they just don't recharge by plugging it in with a USB Cable (which there is a port in the base of the hand microphone). I had to do a workaround where I bought a battery charger (about $20), and then just take out the battery out of the microphone and charge it that way, which achieves the result, but not optimal. I found out this solution only by going to the Singmood facebook company page, and asking for help on the battery - thankfully another user suggested that idea. I tried emailing the company directly using the email address in their instruction manual - no response at all. While the touch tablet is simple - unfortunately, the touch response is very laggy. Also, when I turn it on, it sometimes has difficulty connecting to the wifi, so I manually have to re-add the router. Again, it's an extra 2 steps, but given the high cost of it, I expect better. I pretty much keep it charged up and have put in 1 hour with no problem. However, I haven't gone out into a non-electrical area and tested how long it will go. All in all it's fine, and it delivers sound and the microphone quality is good. However, I'm not pleased with the janky tablet, as well as the non-charging microphones - and that I've never heard back from their customer support. At this point, I'm just accepting if that there's a part that malfunctions, I've got a big ol' paperweight.
