Echire is an excellent butter. I've tried many and this is by far the best. The richness, fullness of flavor and creaminess are unsurpassed.The vendor, Cheese Delicatessen, is also wonderful. Yes, the shipping is a bit steep. However, you're getting a top notch product with careful safe and fastshipping and the quantity of blocks makes it more agreeable. The butter freezes well. I have found Cheese Delicatessen to be reliable and trustworthy through several orders.

The pakcage was so great...the butter was wrapped well with ice gel. Also seller is very kind. But most important thing is the butter is so so so yum! Thumbs up!
