I've been taking this moringa supplement for about three weeks. I originally bought it hoping it would help increase my milk supply, but that was my mistake—the product description focuses on energy and general wellness, not breastfeeding, and I completely overlooked that. As expected, it didn’t make any noticeable difference in my milk production. That said, I have genuinely felt more energetic and less sluggish since I started taking it, which was a pleasant surprise and the main reason I'm giving it four stars. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. One downside: the plastic screw-on lid cracked during normal use, so the bottle no longer seals properly. The product itself seems good, but the packaging could definitely be sturdier. Overall, great if you're looking for an energy boost—not the right choice if you're specifically looking for lactation support.

I love the capsules! I have been taking moringa for about a year now! Going through perimenopause and it definitely helps with my hormone changes, mood, and energy levels! I started with powder but now take these, it definitely helps me better than the powder form!

I just took one dose so can’t rate stars until I see if it gives me energy. I’m so glad I didn’t order powder because even the capsules let you know the flavor would be horrible. Swallowing the capsules are at least bearable. I will update after I’ve taken it for awhile.
