Good quality leather and hardware for a harness. Buckle is not as hearty as one you'd find on a workhorse belt, but definitely serviceable for decorative boot harness. I adjusted the chain that goes under the boot by using my own, draping the too-long one supplied with the boot across the front. Possibilities are endless for adding more chains across the front, around the back if you have the materials to individualize and amp up the look. Hope this company considers offering harness straps in buckskin, red, blue, white. That might be asking a bit much, perhaps offer custom colors even if it might cost a bit extra; maybe limited edition products from time to time. At the very least perhaps buckskin/tan. Found them to run a bit large for women's boots, for a ladies size 7.

These chains are very nice looking and arrived in good time. My only issue is that they don't advertise that one size does NOT fit all. I wear a size 10 /12 boot and I had to poke my own holes in the strap in order to get them on the boots. That in itself is not really a problem but in doing so the end of the belt doesn't fully reach into the small securing band and it hangs out. We all know how annoying it is when your watch band comes out of its securing band and catches on everything or starts to curl up. Similar annoyance here. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for that little problem.

These are great for sprucing up some boots a bit. My style is a little cowboy/rocker/goth and the leather, clasp, and chain fit that motif perfectly. They're a bit on the expensive side, but at least they're made in the USA. The chain that goes on the underside of the boot was a little long so just take some pliers and cut off the excess. Fit perfectly after taking off about six links. Overall I love the look and I'm super happy with the purchase.

One of the bolts came off literally minutes after trying it on, which is absolutely ridiculous seeing as the price should indicate a quality made product. I’d say if you’re going to spend money on something to make sure it’s of durable quality. This is not a good choice if you want something that will last. I suggest a cheaper option.

Reading other people reviews I agree somewhat that they are small around the ankle. They are not as small as some make it seam however, I wear a size 10 boot, when I wear the Boot Chains, the front chain does not come down low enough to see when wearing jeans nor as shown in the picture. What is the point then? The back leather strap needs to be longer. On the other hand, the bottom chain is to long. The bottom chain is easy enough to shorten but the front chain strap, well, you stuck with it.

This has been a real hit at the country western waterin holes we dance at. I bought them for my Sicilian Girlfriend and it created such a buzz I could hardly get her on the dance floor. These have been one of our favorites to add Boot Bling for her outfits. Well made, Great fit. Highly recommended.

Add this accessory to your regular boots and wow, you're sexy and cool! I bought a pair of plain, flat, knee high black boots (women's size 10), which are nice by themselves, then decided to purchase from Amazon and add these buckled boot chains, and they look like expensive, customized boots now. And the good part is that I can put them on other boots that I have. Brillant! Now I'm looking for other boot chains to buy.... it's boot jewelry!
