Packed with umami flavor this fermented chilli paste can lift up any ordinary oriental dish to a next level. We received Gochujang paste yesterday and couldn't wait to try it. We made a vegetarian bibimbap and used it to flavor soya chunks as well as to make a creamy dressing with hung curd and gochujang paste. It was delicious.

At first..it smell hit your nose to trick your mind ..but later you will like it...good for making it for paste ...
