My first order of 4x6 glossy photos were dark. I see this is a common problem. Is there a solution to this?

I agree to the issue raised (dark prints; but not all dark). In addition, there seems to be issues to maintain a sharp and crisp photo. Somehow the overall process used to generate the prints has to be updated or replaced with a different technology. As it stands the copies are really not that satisfactory and inviting, but with a solution to the problems it will clearly be attractive to use this service.

Why does it take so long to ship?

Same issue here - ordered prints, selected 2 day shipping. I ordered/paid for them 11 days ago, and they have been 'out for delivery' for 9 days with no tracking updates. There are two orders, same day, going to different places - both this same status. Don't use Amazon photos if you actually want your purchase to arrive.

how to use photo from iphone?

In the Prime Photos app on your phone, go to Prints, once you select a product from the “Start a New Project”, hit the yellow “Get Started” botton, then it will take you to your pictures already uploaded in the Photos app. To upload pictures from your iPhone’s Camera Roll simply go to the “More” botton (on the bottom right) and then go to “Upload Photos and Video”. I have order matte prints from Prime Photos and the quality is impressive. Remember to always double check the quality of your pictures from your phone before ordering prints.
