Really nice compact foam roller. It’s nice and firm so I can really dig into your muscles. The size makes it easy to store in any space. I’m overall very happy with this product. It’s helped my back a lot.

Came in a pink color and its too hard to use. Not foam, extremely hard plastic. Missed the return window otherwise would've returned it. Absolute scam. Don't buy it

Works great, when I get sciatica pain, using this gets rid of it after several days of using.

I use this every day mostly for my back and it cracks my back easily every time.

The roller is soft yet durable and does its job. It’s is quite small and doesn’t cover all of back area making it difficult to use. This is supposed to relieve pain in the back but I didn’t notice a difference after using it.
