Corn Silk Tea does lower my A1c
I got the Corn Silk tea because I read it helps in lower glucose levels In the blood. I am a diabetic and wanted to reduce the amount of insulin and medications I have to take. Taking an organic alternative to the medication is my goal. This tea does in fact lower my glucose. But the taste is not flavorful and the smell is also not pleasant. However, it is no different than making a tea from fresh corn silk. The price is very reasonable, it is packed that keeps the tea fresh and from the other reviews I will be trying other tea varieties and will continue with the Corn Silk Tea.

Do not waste your money. The tea bags are full of grounded corn and small trace of corn silk. Buy the whole corn silk tea not in the bags. Waist of money. Only packaging is fancy

So, this is GOOD! But… there are only 37 tea bags! I use 12 tea bags per gallon of tea. I only made 3 gallons and that was it! Funny

I find it QUITE bizarre that the “food grade tea bag” is not what it claims. Why? Because it melts when I take a flame to it. That would mean a type of plastic has been used. Not impressed at all as I’ve been drinking this the last few years…

I’ve been drinking corn silk tea for a long time and usually enjoy its mild, slightly sweet flavour. This version didn’t taste like corn silk to me and came across more like cardboard, even when brewed carefully. It may work for some people, but it wasn’t what I expected.
