Colgate Optic White

I am a firm believer in buying certain items in bulk for excellent cost savings. This (3) pack is an incredible value for the price, and, the quality is very excellent. I love to use this product because it feels good as it cleans my teeth and gums. I enjoy brighter, cleaner, whiter looking teeth with each use. Also, when using this product long term my bi-annual cleaning is a much easier and smoother process - less deep scraping is required. I like the experience, taste, scent , quality, and value!

After a few DDS visits to investigate why my teeth were darkening, we discovered it was the mouthwash / mouthrinse I was using. So I ended up dumping the old stuff. Colgate Optic White was personally recommended to me by my Dentist, and I trust his vetted medical opinion. Thank You

I am buying this every time it goes on sale. Does it work better then a teeth whitening system??? I don't really know, but I do think it does lighten the teeth up. Not sure how many times I have reordered this, but it's a lot.

It definitely whitens my teeth but it leaves a phlegm in my mouth after use

I have been using this for almost two weeks and I have definitely seen removal of staining on my teeth in just that short time. I had started drinking loose leaf green tea which was the reason for my sudden tooth staining after I had just had a dental cleaning, so I knew where the new staining was on my teeth. I can see that some of it is completely gone and other areas are getting lighter. My teeth also just look whiter. I will mention this after reading some of the negative reviews: It contains peroxide which has a distinctive taste, which anyone who has ever put peroxide in their mouth knows. So it doesn't taste like sweet mouthwash, but I don't find it horrible either. I don't find it hard to swish around my mouth for 60 seconds even though I am not a fan of the taste of peroxide. Also, yes, it leaves what some are calling a "white film" on your tongue, but that is the sizzling of the peroxide and it goes away quickly. Neither of those "complaints" are enough to make me stop using the mouthwash along with the toothpaste. I do not use their toothbrush, since I use a sonicare electric brush. So far, I have not had any gum discomfort, just the positive whitening effect.

Hydrogen peroxide is really the only thing for me (personally) that leaves my mouth noticeably fresher and my smile brighter. Love this mouthwash. The taste is strong as you’d expect from mouthwash but not overpowering and difficult to bear like other mouthwashes.

This stuff works great at freshening your breath and whitening your teeth before you brush. My grandmother told me she used to gargle with peroxide if she ever had a scratchy or sore throat and she wouldn’t get sick. I didn’t want to use straight peroxide so I use this. I can tell you it works. That’s the real reason I buy it.
