I use these every night. I used to use Melatonin which gave me crazy nightmares. My friend’s doctor recommended these to her as non addictive and she in turn recommended them to me. Really helps me get a good nights sleep. I usually take about 2 hours before I want to be asleep.

These work great! I've tried a lot of different sleep medications, and these are effective and fast-acting, plus the price is unbeatable! I have noticed that there is a slight "sleep hangover" in the first few hours after waking up, so these might not be the best choice if you have to be out the door and highly productive the next morning. But if you can sleep in and don't have to be 100% motivated first thing, then these are sublime!
