Smooth application

Kind of bummed about this one
I have bought polishes from this brand before and they were lovely so I thought I’d try this rubber base coat. It is a lovely colour and it’s nice and thick (it’s autumn so it will be more running when the climate changes) but the colour display broke as I was pushing it in which it not what you want to have happen to a new product. I won’t send it back because it’s useable and I won’t let the cosmetic stuff put me off but this needs to be more durable. The rubber base is easy enough to apply, it does leave a sticky layer so be prepared for that. Also it take about 190sec to dry in my lamp. But everyone’s lamp is different so test it out in yours first before applying it to your fingers or a clients you need to know how long it takes to fully dry. Remember allergies are a real thing. Wear gloves and stay safe yall.

Excellent staying power
This is the best product I’ve found for adhesion and I’ve tried it all. I have pernicious anemia and have been using extensions for many years. My nails are thin and peel, most products lift. This is the best I’ve found. Easy to apply & good value

Dont bother..save money
It was OK at first but peeked off easy even after 2 coats..I wouldn't buy again...My sister bought same and was disappointed too.

No difference
I purchased this product thinking it was supposed to be more flexible than normal builder gel but I didn’t see any difference. I won’t say it was waste of money because I will use it.

Loving these colour rubber base coats.
I am loving these coloured rubber base coats. It’s nice to be able to see where the basecoat is going which then allows you to build several neat layers. Lasted longer than regular basecoat, then gel colour, then topcoat. Going to be investing in more colours.

I read so many bad reviews of this product, but I decided to give it a try and I'm happily surprised. I'm taking classes with a nail tech and the answer on why the top is "sticky," it's because it is a "base" it's made to have another product at the top, either color gel or a top coat. And yes IT NEEDS TO BE CURED BY A UV LAMP, depending on the strength of your lamp it might take longer (I have a 30W lamp and it takes 90s to completely cure). It is thick but if not cured nail by nail the shape done might deform if you don't have enough experience. Despite that, I'm very happy with this product and I might buy it again. (I bought the clear one and I have nail polish and top coat on)
