Went to use it and the gun wouldn’t pop to let the needle go through

Supper easy to use I also used numbing cream because I was nervous. I would feel it but after It wore off, I didn’t feel nothing. The process was super easy. The only thing I felt was putting the jewelry in but it was super fast super quick 10 out of 10 love.
