I decided to upgrade my usb-c power supply on my WIIM PRO and it works well and gives my WIIM a little more reinforces a little more headroom on the sound when streaming my music.

Raspberry Pis pull a LOT of power over USB, and they will teach just how dodgy most USB power supplies are. Your phone's charger will not keep up nor will most charging hubs. But these CanaKits always work. Don't waste your time and money on cheaper ones that claim they'll work with Pis. Most of them won't.

The CanaKit 45W USB-C Power Supply with PD has proven to be an essential accessory for my Raspberry Pi 5 setup. As someone who frequently works on Raspberry Pi projects, having a power supply that delivers consistent and adequate power is crucial, and this one does not disappoint. The 27W output at 5A ensures that my Raspberry Pi runs smoothly, even when I have multiple peripherals connected. The USB-C connector is sturdy and fits snugly, providing a reliable connection without any power drops or interruptions. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space on my desk, which is always a bonus. One small suggestion would be a slightly longer cable for more flexibility in positioning, but overall, it meets my needs perfectly. Here’s a quick dad joke for a smile: Why did the Raspberry Pi get in trouble? Because it couldn’t resist a good power supply! Overall, the CanaKit 45W USB-C Power Supply is a must-have for any Raspberry Pi 5 user. It offers the power and reliability needed to keep your projects running efficiently, making it an excellent investment for any tech enthusiast.

The CanaKit 45W USB power supply works great with my Raspberry Pi 5 and 4, with no issues! But, sigh, CanaKit wants additional money for a switch with an LED. Would have liked folding prongs, would have liked a power LED-- in the base model/config. A switch probably is asking for too much but this is not the least expensive power supply around for Raspberry Pi.

I already had two of these for Pi5 installs and then bought an Argon kit for my third one. The adapter they included was less than half the size of the CanaKit and it burned out in six months.
