So I’ve always been skeptical that setting sprays really work, because in my experience there is always some transfer or smudging that happens. Also, a lot of the “staple” sprays like MAC tend to have strong fragrances that I can’t tolerate, especially with a coconut allergy. Fortunately it just seems that I wasn’t purchasing the correct setting sprays. This one is the best I’ve encountered in a while. I work in healthcare and due to various reasons, I legit have cried three different times over the course of 13+ hours today. Despite that, this setting sprays kept my makeup in place as well as can be expected if not more. (Picture and makeup is very mid, but I’m not a makeup guru and it’s late at night, so please cut me a break lol) I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I sprayed it at 10:15 AM before heading to the ICU for an event, but now at 12:06 AM, I’m realizing that my makeup really ain’t that looking bad despite an emotionally intense day. I recall dabbing at my face and eyes throughout the day and seeing some transfer on tissues, thinking that “oh, I’m probably wiping it away” but overall, now that I'm finally home and ready to wash my face after dinner and drinks, visiting family and friends, and errands, I’ve discovered the almost full beat has remained in place—even my eyeliner!!! For reference, I applied two rounds of spritzing in all quadrants of my face, not even waiting for it to dry in between. Then I fanned until it set, dry-ish to the touch. I like the fact that it took my matte foundation and concealer, which can tend to lean dry and cakey (since they are both matte finishes), to a more dewy and satiny finish for my otherwise oily skin. I use products to control shine, so this puts a good balance back onto my skin’s texture once it sets. And I can tell it has set because I can tap my skin and see little to no transfer on my fingertips. I can’t speak to the regular formula, but if you’re a sweaty and oily person like me, I would suggest the waterproof formula for better staying power. Just make sure to use a good cleanser (I can’t do oil based so I’m fine with double cleanse) to get all of it off before sleeping. Makeup wipes just don’t get everything, and I’ve made the mistake of thinking I got it all before passing out, but my white bath towel in the morning paid the price lol. She’s tenacious, so have a good cleansing routine in place to remove the waterproof magic!! All in all, I’ll definitely buy this again in the future considering the performance and value.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is too good not to!!! Best setting spray I have EVER tried! I feel like I have tried every setting spray on the market and can never get one that works quite how I’d like it to. The setting spray leaves a natural finish and actually keeps your makeup on all day long I have sweat through it cried trough it and napped through it. This stuff is the real deal at such a beautiful price point. Very very impressive

I really like this setting spray, the mist is so light and never makes my face feel wet or sticky. It dries very fast, and I was in Florida and sweating, my makeup stayed on perfectly. My face has become very oily since I take supplements that make it worse, it did keep the shine down some. I still had to pay my face but I have to do that mid day anyway!

I wanted to love the TIRTIR Waterproof Setting Spray – 24 Hour Long Lasting Fix, but I’d give it about a 3/5. The formula itself seems nice—it does help with longevity and feels lightweight on the skin. I didn’t notice any heaviness or stickiness, which I appreciate in a setting spray. But the spray nozzle is the issue. It sprays everywhere except your face. It comes out in this wide, almost halo-like mist, so you end up getting it on your hair, chest, clothes… basically everything around you. It makes it really hard to apply evenly where you actually want it. Because of that, I feel like I’m wasting product and not getting the full benefit on my makeup. Final thoughts: If they fixed the nozzle, this could easily be a great product—but right now the application just makes it frustrating to use.

This is the best setting spray ever!!! I wore it for an outdoor concert and got rained on. Stood in the rain for over an hour and my makeup did not budge! None of my other makeup products were waterproof so it was all thanks to this amazing setting spray! The photos are after the concert (hours of wear and water exposure) 1000000/10 recommend!
