Mr. Pen- House Plan, Interior Design and Furniture Templates, Drafting Tools and Ruler Shapes for Architecture - Set of 3

The paper behind the template is 9"x12". These have been the most accurate and the most essential part to completing my projects for school and client presentation. I highly recommend Mr. PEN products. After going through so many different brands for my tools and utensils. Mr. PEN kept showing up in my recommended products and I finally let in and bought quite a few items. I hate to have different brands for one project simply cause generally the measurements will vary. With Mr. PEN they have such a huge variety and almost every thing I need to complete a project. All within the same scale and all within the best quality. I can never go back to anything else. They have won my loyalty and I believe they should be resourced for every Architect student. Oh and do I honestly need to mention the competitive prices. It was the price that detoured me before. And I wish I checked with them sooner. Would have saved me so much money that could have gone towards tuition. 10/10 ratings all around. Please read my review and please take my word as true. The date as of when I am writing this review is December 12, 2018. The first time I ordered from Mr. Pen was two weeks ago and my order was stolen from the mailbox. When I contacted Mr. Pen about what happened two days ago, he sent out a replacement even though it had taken me a week to confirm what had happened to the package. The kindness of Mr. Pen, especially since I had bought the architectural templates from him as a Christmas present for my sister, is deeply appreciated. Mr. Pen was very kind, courteous, and understanding, and that is not always easy to find in a seller in today's world, so I highly recommend Mr. Pen to you as a seller with whom you will be very satisfied and happy to do business with. Now to review the product: I bought the following item, which is a three pack of architectural drafting templates, and they are excellent: "Mr. Pen- Architectural Templates, House Plan Template, Interior Design Template, Furniture Template, Drafting Tools, Geometry Template, Drawing Template, Template Architecture, Drafting Ruler Shapes" The package is 13" x 8 1/2" and includes everything my sister needs in drawing her blueprints. The plastic is strong and appears to be quite durable and each template is transparent so that one can see what one is working on without moving the template. Both Mr. Pen and the templates are top quality and I recommend both to you, the reader, as being well worth your time and consideration. Thank you.

I had to have these for a manual drafting class. I was taking in college. They were relatively inexpensive. They’ve held up good I would’ve been impossible or a lot more difficult to do my drawings without them.

Really nice kit. Even had a pocket to keep the templates. It is very organized and I'm pleased with the metal ruler and triangles that have inches and centimeters. With that being said the only issues I've found is that the hairs on the brush seem to be falling out like the hairs on my head, and the pencil is not a drafting pencil but a regular mechanical pencil. A drafting mechanical pencil has lead that is thicker and a point on it that can be sharpened with a special sharpener so as to create sharp precise lines.

Needed this for my interior design class and wow it’s exceeded my expectations especially for the price I paid! The case is on the cheaper side but it works well at holding all of my materials. I love the stencils they provide and the quality of the pieces inside are substantial (a step above cheap). Overall, I recommend this set 10/10.

This set of Mr. Pen templates is excellent for drafting house plans and interior designs. The shapes are precise, durable, and easy to use, making layouts quick and accurate. Great for students, architects, or anyone working on design projects. A solid, affordable toolset!

Got this for a future architecture student to practice with before college. This kit is excellent. The stencils are plentiful and very detailed, and the rest of the tools are great quality. The case it comes in is that softer plastic that doesn’t crack if you look at it the wrong way, and can stand vertically in a backpack. I’m very impressed with this kit and recommend it to anyone into building/design. I make miniatures and am contemplating getting one of these for myself after the offspring’s college is done draining my bank account.

I bought this as i have just started an Art course and i use these stencils all the time. I use them in my tattoo designs and on private requested custom canvases. I definitely recommend it especially if you aredoing art or an architect.
