I did extensive research before purchasing this product. This is one of the best electrolyte capsules on the market based on the quality and kind of ingredients and the proportions of electrolytes. It is so much better than powders because capsules don't require all the ingredients powders do like citric acid, preservatives, anti-caking agents, flavorings and sweeteners. Good if you don’t want to drink the salt. Really effective. Dosage is different from the powder though.

I have been waiting for this supplement from Brendan for a long time now. It is Amazing for those who don't like the taste of most electrolyte powders. Only downside of these are you need to take 5 capsules at a time. Otherwise amazing product.
