Clover 8611 Needle Threader for Embroidery Needles-Apple Green

Easy to use, excellent quality!

I've test driven the threader- and it worked a treat! Bought for my mother, but I may just keep it. Strongly made, seems very durable (I have a tendency to break the little wire ones). As noted on package, the eye of the needle does have to have some height- otherwise you're better off with the little wire ones. This is partly due to the thickness and width of the threading part- still great value.

My vision is not what it once was. I've tried several needle threaders and this one is my top pick. I use size 39 embroidery needles. Some, with a flat metal hook tend to bend and go through the eye but catch pulling the thread through. This little gem works great. I can't speak to it's sturdiness as it only arrived today. It is a bit expensive, but when you need help threading a needle, it's well worth it. This may not work for size 12 quilting needles, but for thread embroidery it is great. Update: this great threader broke from metal fatigue at the end that goes through the needle. It's a shame, it can't last longer than 18 working days. it is too expensive to by several times a month.

Best needle threader on the market. The loops break but I still keep buying them. Use mainly for tapestry and chenille needles.

Love this needle threader, but they don’t last long especially for the price

Best needle threader ever. The only one I've ever seen that holds the thread vertically, aligned with the eye, not across it. I work with size 5 pearl cotton and other needle threaders damage the thick thread. With the Clover, the thread comes through the crewel eye easily and unaltered. Well worth the expense.

I went to a mixed media retreat and took a stitching class while there. I was super frustrated trying to get my needle threaded. I had a cheap, crappy threader that was almost broken. It was useless, so I had to thread by hand. I'm not great at threading needles and felt like I was all thumbs. I noticed one of the other class members had this Clover threader and how much easier it was to thread a needle with it. Once I got home, I ordered this item. This is honestly the best threader I've ever used. I like to to freestyle/random stitching instead of the traditional embroidery that involves stitching a pattern, so I change my threads out and rethread my needle frequently. I also love using thicker threads, like perler threads. I don't feel like I'm clumsy anymore when I thread my needles and stitching is more fun now. The only drawback I can see is that this threader won't work for very tiny needles with tiny eyes, and and with those, a smaller threader would be required. If that isn't an issue for you, then this threader is the bomb!

Hochwertig verarbeitet und funktioniert wunderbar zum Einfädeln. Leider waren aber meine Nadeln (Nr. 28, DMC) wohl doch etwas zu zart dafür, da in kurzer Zeit zwei Nadelöhre eingerissen waren.

I have tried this gem out a handful of times now and am loving it. This item seems to be of good quality. I find it to be very effective and it does it job well threading the needles with ease.

Es muy cómodo y facil de usar

Il a un enfileur plutôt gros, ne convient pas pour des chas d'aiguilles à broder au point de croix (en 1 fil) et non plus pour couture Par contre idéal pour y passer des fils plus épais. Parfait pour le Hardanger, ou la broderie suisse par exemple.

Oggetto molto utile per i fili più consistenti, come lana da ricamo e 6 fili moulinè; va usato con aghi dalla cruna abbastanza larga. Occorre fare attenzione perché se cade più volte si può rompere, a me è successo con il primo.. Comunque l’ho ricomprato perché è davvero pratico, per la lana è imbattibile.
