I like to add this mix to many dishes!
I love this mix of raw seeds. I like to add these seeds to many dishes, such as, with vegetables, or rice, or eggs, even into my cup of yogurt. I purchased this product back on April 3, the 2-pound bag, and I pretty much use it everyday. Well I still have half a bag left, now June 14. I keep mine in the refrigerator. I can't wait to come back and try a new, different product from this line. Thank you!....... Update, now August 5, and I have reached the bottom of my seed pouch. The last time I used it, yesterday, still fresh, I toasted these in olive oil, then added my Chinese takeout leftovers, steamed rice and pineapple duck. Love this seed mix, it completes a dish! Have already ordered my second bag. Thanks again for making these available through Amazon!

Raw Seeds Caused Allergic Reaction
I guess these seeds promote health for most, however I had a strong allergic reaction. I have a mild nut allergy but have had pumpkin and sunflower seeds without a problem. I am guessing it was the hemp seeds, which I have never had, that caused the problem.
