THIS IS THE BEST CEREAL I EVER HAD...BEING I AM ON KETO DIET AND THIS CEREAL TASTES JUST LIKE REGULAR BUT NO SUGAR, PLUSE I NEED THE PROTEIN AND DON'T GET IT FROM MOST CEREALS ON THE MARKET.
